So often we think only derogatory thoughts about ourselves. We’re too fat. Too old. Have too much cellulite. You know the rap. We become a society of self deprecating women. Who needs enemies when we hate ourselves to much? Well I say enough is enough!
We need to gather together as women and stop this madness. We need to talk about building body and self confidence and how to inspire our young proteges to do the same. Here are some steps to take in how to renounce self hate for good.
Sometimes I feel like the Andy Rooney of this blog. I often write about my gripes and there are many gripes swirling around the atmosphere at the present moment.
