Stop The Madness!!

I had a history teacher in high school who had a signature line that is engrained in my brain. I can still picture him standing in front of the class, with his finger pointed and his arm raised, bellowing “minority rules”. I thought he was crazy, but over the years, I have decided he was not. All it takes is one idiot to stir the pot. Case in point – did most of the world agree with Adolph Hitler? All Aboard: Unless You’re a Man

All Aboard: Unless You’re a Man

India is ahead of the game in an attempt to maintain a woman’s integrity by offering  8 new women only trains for those women who travel the rail in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Calcutta. This service came about with the appointment of the Minister of Trailways, a woman, Mamata Banerjee, who empathized with women who commute and often are accosted by their male rail travellers. India’s female workforce is on the rise and commuting on the train is often a several hour occurrence.  Another perk of this women only railway is that vendors sell products for women only. Sounds like a win win solution to me.
