At this time of the year, when my social life slows down a bit, I often day dream about what changes I’d like to make in my life, what new path I’d like to take. I often sit stumped realizing that my days are pretty good as they are so why should I dream of more? But I do! I dream of a big adventure, stepping outside of my comfort zone, accomplishing something I never thought I would.

Summer often brings us visions of sleeping in late, strolling on a beach and reading that book you’ve put off all winter long. NOT! The reality for many is that they get into a panic- planning and orchestrating the days that are to come. What do we do with our kids to keep them from becoming bored? Can we actually find the time to sit and read (when there is still so many other tasks that we put off during our busy season?)Work doesn’t stop because the calendar says it’s June 1st!

Something has to be done about the airlines and their security, which we all know is a big fat pain in the ass and a joke. We all stand on long lines, where we start taking off our shoes, coats, sweaters, belts, etc. We empty our pockets.
